RETURNS

Dear Customer,

It is possible to return the purchased jewelry within 10 days from the date of receipt, exclusively in its original box and after checking the integrity of the MANUEL BOZZI warranty seal. In the event that said seal is compromised or another wrapping is used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

PLEASE NOTE: For custom items with free engraving, returns are accepted for size exchange only, no refund or item exchange.

To make a return, simply communicate your intention by writing an email to shop@manuelbozzi.it

We will authorize the return of the goods by notifying you of the address to which to ship. You may ship either by express courier (recommended) or postal service. The cost of shipping is your responsibility. We disclaim any responsibility in case of theft or loss of the goods being returned.

Refunds:

After our warehouse has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will make the refund at the same time.

Your order:

To track your order simply enter the tracking code you received via email on the appropriate page of our site at this link: Track Your Order or on the courier site that will be reported to you.

You can choose to enter specific billing information at the time you enter your shipping information.

VAT is already included in the price you see on all pages of the site and in the shopping cart.
