COMMERCIAL TERMS,

SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS


Shipping:

For Italy, shipping costs are our responsibility if your cart value is €250.00 or more. It is our pleasure to be able to offer you this service.

Delivery times are approximately 7working days. These times are dictated by the need to handcraft and hand-finish each piece of jewelry, specially made for you at the time of your order. Once shipped, delivery times are on average: 24/48h. nationwide, 48/72h. south and islands. We are not responsible for any courier delays.

Each shipment is tracked daily and our Customer Care is always reachable Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.

Warranty:

The jewelry is guaranteed for two years from technical malfunctions (carabiners, springs, mechanical parts). The laboratory reserves the right to verify whether the damage is caused by defect in workmanship or by carelessness on the part of the customer. We are not responsible for damage suffered as a result of tears, knocks, rubbing, deformation of the ring shank, wear and tear of the jewelry (breaking of chains, scratches, loss, breakage or chipping of stones or enamels if present).

Gift Cards:

Manuel Bozzi's Gift Card does not expire, is non-refundable and must be spent only on manuelbozzi.it for any item in the catalog. It is not valid for items other than those displayed, custom items or items displayed at our flagship store or at our retailers.

Returns:

You may return the purchased jewelry within 30 days from the date of receipt, exclusively in its original box and upon verification of the integrity of the MANUEL BOZZI warranty seal. In case said seal is compromised or another wrapping is used, we reserve the right to refuse the return. First size change is free of charge (excluding models with customization), at your charge only shipping. With the first order we ship the Multisizer band that can be used to identify the correct finger size. Thereafter any adjustments, where possible, will be at your charge after we have notified you of the cost of the adjustment. To make a return, simply communicate your intention by writing to shop@manuelbozzi.it remembering to quote the order number.

We will authorize the return of items by notifying you of the address to ship to. You may ship indifferently by express courier (recommended) or postal service. The cost of shipping is your responsibility. We disclaim any responsibility in case of theft or loss of the items being returned.

PLEASE NOTE:

For purchases made from an authorized MANUEL BOZZI dealer, the contact person is always the dealer himself and the warranties expressed in this commercial agreement are not automatically applied.

For custom engraved items, returns are accepted only in favor of a size exchange. There is no refund or item exchange.

For items purchased with any discount coupon return is accepted for size change only. There is no refund or item exchange.

After the first size change, a return with refund or item exchange is not accepted.

Refunds:

After our lab has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email and we will make the refund at the same time. In the case of an item exchange, a voucher will be issued that can be spent on the site of the difference, if any.

Your order:

To track your order, simply enter the tracking code you received via email on the courier's website that will be reported to you.

You can choose to enter specific billing information at the time you enter your shipping information.

 

VAT is already included in the price you see on all pages of the site and in the shopping cart.
