TRADE TERMS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping:
For Italy, we cover the shipping costs if the total value of your cart is €300.00 or more. We are happy to offer you this service.
Delivery times are approximately7 business days. These times are due to the need to handcraft and hand-finish every single piece of jewelry, which is made specifically for you upon order. Once shipped, average delivery times are: 24–48 hours throughout the country, 48–72 hours to the south and islands. We are not responsible for any delays by couriers.
Each shipment is tracked daily and our Customer Care is always reachable Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.
Warranty:
The jewelry is covered bya two-year warrantyagainst technical defects (clasps, springs, mechanical parts). The workshop reserves the right to determine whether the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or to the customer’s negligence. We are not liable for loss under any circumstances or for damage resulting from snagging, impact, friction, deformation of the ring shank, or wear and tear of the jewelry (broken chains, scratches, loss, breakage, or chipping of stones or enamel, if present).
Gift Cards:
Manuel Bozzi's Gift Card does not expire, is non-refundable and must be spent only on manuelbozzi.it for any item in the catalog. It is not valid for items other than those displayed, custom items or items displayed at our flagship store or at our retailers.
Returns:
You may return the purchased jewelry within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original box and the integrity of the MANUEL BOZZI warranty seal has been verified. If the seal is broken or if a different box is used, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The first size exchange is free (excluding personalized models); you are responsible only for shipping costs. With your first order, we include a Multisizer ring that can be used to determine the correct ring size. Any subsequent adjustments, where possible, will be at your expense after we notify you of the cost of the service. To make a return, simply notify us of your intention by emailingshop@manuelbozzi.it, remembering to include your order number.
We will authorize the return of items by notifying you of the address to ship to. You may ship indifferently by express courier (recommended) or postal service. The cost of shipping is your responsibility. We disclaim any responsibility in case of theft or loss of the items being returned.
PLEASE NOTE:
For purchases made from an authorized MANUEL BOZZI dealer, the contact person is always the dealer himself and the warranties expressed in this commercial agreement are not automatically applied.
For items on which we have already intervened or from a model change, any adjustments will be your responsibility.
Forpersonalized items with engraving, returns are accepted only for size exchanges.Refunds or exchanges for different items are not available.

For items with tiered pricing,the price difference will not be refunded if you exchange for a size with a lower price, but you will be required to pay the price difference if you exchange for a size with a higher price.
After the first exchange for a different size or style,we do not accept returns for a refund or exchanges for a different item.
Refunds:
After our lab has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email and we will make the refund at the same time. In the case of an item exchange, a voucher will be issued that can be spent on the site of the difference, if any.
Shipping costs are non-refundableand will be deducted even if you took advantage of free shipping.
Your order:
To track your order, simply enter the tracking code you received via email on the courier’s website, which will be provided to you.
VAT is already included in the price you see on all pages of the site and in the shopping cart.
